Ideal for food packaging, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, and industrial applications, this semi-automatic band sealer ensures strong, uniform, and leak-proof seals for various types of pouches, including LDPE and laminated films.

Built with a sturdy MS powder-coated body and mounted on a stand, the machine supports pouch loads from 1 to 5 kg. It offers an 8 mm sealing width and adjustable conveyor speed ranging from 0 to 12 meters per minute, ensuring smooth and consistent sealing performance. The temperature range of 0 to 300°C allows precise heat control for different packaging materials.

• Infeed Conveyor: Transports the open mouth of filled bags into the sealing zone at a controlled speed.

• Heated Sealing Bands: Two continuous belts (upper and lower) that clamp and heat the bag material to form a seal.

• Cooling Bands/Rollers: Follow the heated zone to cool and solidify the seal for strength and finish.

• Temperature Controller: Allows adjustment of sealing temperature based on material type and thickness.

• Speed Controller: Adjusts conveyor speed to match the production rate and ensure proper dwell time in the sealing zone.

• Support Frame & Guides: Holds bags aligned and maintains belt tension and tracking.

• Optional Date/Batch Printer: Prints manufacturing date, expiry date, batch codes, etc., on the seal.

1. Bag Placement: The operator places a filled poly bag on the conveyor or manually inserts the bag mouth into the sealing entry.

2. Conveying: Conveyor rollers carry the bag forward between upper and lower sealing bands.

3. Sealing: The heated bands apply heat and pressure, melting the thermoplastic surfaces together to form a continuous seal.

4. Cooling: Immediately after sealing, the bag passes through cooling rollers to set the seal and prevent wrinkling or weakness.

5. Discharge: Sealed bags exit the machine, ready for packing or shipment.
